Looking to Grow July 8th, 2023
The company has finally prepared its accredited investor offering circular to raise up to $1,000,000 for the sole purpose of expanding the development of its work force housing program, so desperately needed in Nye County. The company has one model presently and is looking into other floor plans in the coming months.
The company intends to research land options both in Pahrump and the rest of Nye County to purchase or joint venture with. The company feels with it JIG panel system with correct funding could begin building by the end of august again subject to funding.

The Affordable Shed Company adopts a new tree program initiative, with every shed purchased 10 new trees will be planted. The company has always felt it should be replacing the natural resources we all use. The company has three greenhouses on the property ideal for the initial growth of seedlings. After the seedling establishes themselves, they will be planted on the 5 acres of land owned by the owners of the company. We hope this will be one more reason why to choose the affordable shed company when purchasing your next shed or home office.

The Affordable Shed Company finalizes its new modular panel system, utilizing pre-build wall sections and corner pieces. This new system allows us to pre-prepare an order at our assembly location. This allows for more speed on installation time on jobs sites and easy transportation to a job site allowing the installation crews easy assembly and completion. It also brings more quality control, and structural integrity is increased, making our shed better quality for the money than many other standards shed companies.
